Biography:

Thomas H. Barrows, MD is the medical director of Northeast Laser
Tattoo Removal. Dr. Barrows has extensive experience in the medical
laser industry and is an expert at laser tattoo removal. Dr. Barrows
is also the medical director of a medical laser manufacturer in
Minneapolis and has lectured extensively on medical lasers, laser
physics, and laser tissue interactions around the world and throughout
the United States. Dr. Barrows is also a member of the American
Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery and has participated in the
design and manufacturing of medical lasers. Dr. Barrows is fascinated
by tattoo ink chemistry and has become an integral player in the
