HOURS OF OPERATION:

We open at 11AM daily, though days and hours may be subject to change. We gladly accept walk-ins when an artist is available, but mainly operate on a appointment-only basis.

PROTOCOLS / LICENSURE:

We are licensed in the state of Minnesota under the supervision of The Minnesota Department of Health, which regulates our safety protocols, and use sterile, single-use, disposable supplies to limit potential of cross-contamination. We provide written and verbal aftercare instructions and encourage you to contact us at any time, or seek medical attention in the event of any health related issues that require medical care.

Tattoo Aftercare:

  1. Leave bandage on 1.5hrs, OR if it is saniderm then leave on for 5 days unless is starts to peel then remove immediately and do the following.

  2. Wash hands before/after any contact with your tattoo.

  3. Wash tattoo with antibacterial soap and warm water. Let air dry.

  4. Apply thin layer of dye and fragrance free lotion 3 times daily. Avoid petroleum products.

  5. Do not soak or submerge your healing tattoo. Showers are ok.

  6. Avoid direct sun and use sunblock when outdoors.

  7. Do not scratch or pick at area.

  8. Be patient! It takes time for your tattoo to heal. If you have questions or concerns please contact us. Consult a health professional at 1st signs of infection.

REFERENCES / DEPOSITS:

We encourage our clients to bring any and all reference materials to help aid in the design process. We typically require a deposit, which reserves your appointment time and the artist’s drawing time. All deposits are non-refundable and go towards the final cost of your tattoo.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

CASH IS KING! We accept all major credit and debit cards with a 3.5% fee per transaction. Gift certificates available!

Laser Tattoo Removal:

Northeast Tattoo and Fadeaway Tattoo Removal were both founded by Aleksandar. He was amongst the 1st in the world of Tattooing to foresee the need to integrate laser tattoo removal into his tattoo practice. It allows for us to truly cover all the needs regarding people with tattoos. We are able to offer easier cover-ups, Re-works or Complete Removal of your tattoos. GETTING TATTOOED:

You MUST be 18 years of age and have a valid government issued photo ID or Passport, and must sign the provided release form. Arrive well rested, well fed, and not under the influence of any drugs or alcohol. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE.

Northeast Tattoo was founded in 2007 by artist and owner Aleksandar Nedich, who began his tattoo journey in 1994. We are proud to be the first and oldest established tattoo shop in NE Minneapolis.
